Award-winning Nigerian singer Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known by his stage name Wizkid, was captured on camera today sobbing during the wake and memorial service for his mother.
Remember that Grammy Award winner Wizkid lost his mother Jane Dolapo to the cold, cruel hands of death on August 18, 2023.
He is currently in Lagos, Nigeria, and as a result, a candlelight procession took place on the night of October 11, 2023.
Wizkid was present at the funeral today along with Jada and his son Zion Balogun. The singer, who was dressed in a yoruba native attire, was seen sobbing at his mother’s wake.
