See Tems’ Oscars outfit that got everyone talking
Ever since lasts night’s Oscars award night, the entire internet has being thrown into various reactions. Most especially involving the sensational Nigerian female musician and song writer Temilade Openiyi “Tems”.
This is largely with respect to the dress code in which she turned up to the event in.

Some of these reactions includes a tweet by the famous American writer and journalist Jarrett Bellini in which quotes “imagine waiting your whole life to be at the Oscars and then end up sitting behind a stratus cloud” with Tem’s image attached to the tweet.
Since then, internet space has being thrown into ‘chaos’ with various reactions from different influencers complaining about the ambiguity of the dress hence majorly obstructing the view of other attendees.
However, Tems is still yet to respond to these reactions even though others defined it as she ‘stealing the Oscars show’
It is important to note that Tems was one of the many nominees of the award night, on what was Oscar’s 95th academy awards. She was nominated for the best original song for the song “lift me up” in which she featured as a songwriter. This song was used as the soundtrack to Marvel’s Black Panther: Wakanda forever.
This nomination as well came just few months after she clinched her first Grammy award for the song ‘wait for you’ in which she featured alongside drake and future.
Although for the just concluded Oscars, she lost her category to the song Naatu Naatu by M. M. Keeravani, Chandrabose. A song from Indian’s indigenous Telugu language, Tems will always recall it as a night to remember.
