Edo People Have Stopped Dangote Trucks From Entering Their State Over Astronomical Increase In The Price Of Cements.
“Recall that recently US described Dangote’s business strategies as disaster to the nation’s economy. It’s so unfortunate that Cements are manufactured in Nigeria, and yet Nigerians cannot afford the price of cements. Dangote is a fraudster, if you must make people suffer before you become the richest man, I think you are the poorest man. Dangote’s products are cheaper in other African countries than in Nigeria. This is hypocrisy of the highest order. If every state in Nigeria follows Edo protest, I think Dangote will revisit and review his business strategies. We will continue to suffer as long as Dangote is the sole manufacturer and supplier of cements and other products in Nigeria. All the policies stopping competitors must be abolished if things must be better for Nigerians” so a social media user expressed his feelings on the incident
