RIP: Veteran Nollywood actor Saint Obi has passed away
Popular Nollywood actor Saint Obi has died at the age of 57 after a long battle with illness.

The actor is said to have died last Sunday, May 7, at one of his brothers’ home.
It took close to a week for his death to be made public, allegedly due to disagreements between his brothers.
The actor died on Sunday and his body was deposited at the Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH) morgue the next day, sources said.
This was after visiting 13 Metropolitan Street, Tudun Wada, Missouri, where his sisters live. St. Obi is said to have recently moved into his sister’s home in Jos, the capital of Plateau state, and was frequently hospitalized.
A representative of JUTH also confirmed that Obi had frequent hospital visits.
The Nigerian Actors Guild had not commented on the matter when this report was being filed.
