Former senate president of Nigeria Olubukola Abubakar Saraki has asked that the current Twitter ban in Nigeria to be reviewed.
Dr. Bukola Saraki made it known clearly that the decision taken by the Federal Government to ban Twitter from operating in Nigeria is vacuous and should be reviewed urgently.
The former senate president responded to the FG’s decision in a tweet he made yesterday, He wrote:
“No sir! This should not be the response from the president of a nation with a vibrant youthful population for whom #Twitter is part of their daily lives and a source of their income and livelihood.
This must be reviewed.”
